All frozen orders placed from Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday to avoid weekend delays.
Frozen items are recommended for in-store pickup and local delivery. However, out-of-state shipping may be accommodated upon request. Ordering frozen products for out-of-state shipment is at the customer’s own risk.
For frozen shipments, we select 1–2 business-day shipping whenever possible. Please note that once an order is in transit, we are unable to control shipping conditions or delivery timelines. As a result, frozen items may arrive partially thawed and ready for consumption.
